简要描述:ppGpp也叫”鸟苷四磷酸”(3′;5’各自连接两个磷酸),其中代表P磷酸,G代表鸟苷.鸟苷也就是鸟嘌呤核苷.其实在严禁控制中还会出现一个特殊的核苷酸就是pppGpp也叫”鸟苷五磷酸”(5’连接三个磷酸,3’连接两个磷酸).但是在大肠杆菌里面主要积累的是前者!从而使rRNA,tRNA合成以及细菌的生长产生抑制作用,提高抗逆能力,在营养物质匮乏的环境中度过难关!
