为研究SB 203580对T细胞的作用，SB 203580（0-100 μM）与孵育CT6细胞15 min，SB 203580抑制IL-2或IL-7诱导的CT6细胞增殖。[2]

体内实验中，30只子宫内膜移位(EM) BALB/c小鼠每天腹腔注射（i.p.）1 μg/mgSB203580，SB203580处理组中子宫内膜移位病变重量明显降低。[6]
