   恒流泵BT-100ST又称蠕动泵,是进行取样,定量分析,抽取液体的实验室仪器。恒流泵能直观地观察恒流泵的转速,通过换算和预测,能计算出恒流泵的实际流量,使恒流泵的控制方便、直观,调速更,广泛应用于各个大专院校实验室、医药、化工、食品、环保、实验、科教、医疗卫生等各个域。与核酸蛋白检测仪、自动部份收集器,层析柱以及数据工作站可组成套完整的液相色谱分离纯化层析系统。嘉鹏恒流泵准确、耐用、输送流量稳定,连续可调有较的压力和扬程,而且输送物质不与外界接触,可防止污染及体积小、重量轻、性能可靠等点,凡是需要微量,定量输液或抽液的场合均可使用。

质量控制:  通过使用考马斯蓝染色的变性SDS-PAGE验证蛋白质质量,其通过不存在涂片(无降解)和清晰度和蛋白质条带的分辨率指示。使用特异性β-肌动蛋白抗体通过免疫印迹测试蛋白质的完整性。

应用:  蛋白质总蛋白可立即用于Western印迹,免疫沉淀,SDS-PAGE,等电聚焦凝胶和SDS-毛细管电泳,酶活性分析,凝胶转移测定,蛋白质 – 蛋白质相互作用和组织特异性表达。

Zyagen提供高质量准备使用牛皮纸的总蛋白。将组织新鲜解剖并在补充有7种mamalian蛋白酶抑制剂的混合物的蛋白质裂解缓冲液中均化,以zui小化蛋白水解。提取的蛋白质被定量,并以5mg / ml的浓度包装在1.5ml管中。蛋白质在-80oC下保存一年即可稳定使用。

通过使用考马斯蓝染色的变性SDS-PAGE验证蛋白质的质量,由不存在涂片(无降解)和清晰度以及蛋白质条带的分辨率指示。使用特异性β-肌动蛋白抗体通过免疫印迹测试蛋白质的完整性。
