Norgen Biotek 2016年人民币价目表

Norgen Biotek是来自加拿大的生物技术公司，生产基于技术上的核酸和蛋白质纯化及富集产品。Norgen Biotek 在2003年获得加拿大国家研究委员会颁发的科技创新奖。目前该公司的产品多达40余种，覆盖基因组和蛋白组，广泛地应用于不同的领域。

提纯RNA的方法一般有两种，离心法和有机抽取法（例如Trizol）。Norgen Biotek是世界上*家真正意义上的生产以离心柱（Spin Columns）为平台，并能纯化所有种类RNA（包括小分子RNA）的公司。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以离心纯化为原理的试剂盒比：

  • 其他公司一般都使用硅材料（silica matrix）为填充物。硅材料的缺点是在没有酚存在的情况下，不能回收所有的RNA，使得其纯化效率很低，特别是对小RNA（例如microRNA）,其回收率几乎为零。这也是为什么很多客户在使用了其他公司的以离心为原理的总RNA纯化产品后，往往得不到预想结果的原因。
  • 即使对少量细胞的总RNA提纯，也具有很高的线性（linearity on low numbers of cells）。在细胞数量多的情况下，其他公司的产品表现还可以，但是在细胞数量少的情况下，其纯化效率会大大降低，为提率往往需要通过其他的途径，例如Carrier RNA。Norgen的试剂盒可以从一个细胞中提纯出高质量的总RNA，在同行业中处于先进地位。
  • Norgen的试剂盒*所有的下游实验应用。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以Trizol原理的试剂盒比较：

  • 在这些方法中，层析会造成有机试剂的残留，从而抑制许多下游实验的进行。
  • 许多实验室由于健康和环境的因素，已经放弃了以酚抽为原理的提纯方法。
  • 对大样品，使用Trizol的效果还可以，但同时也由于基因组DNA的增加，会阻止RNA的沉淀，从而间接地降低了纯化效率
  • 对小量样品，使用Trizol的效果往往不佳。
  • 使用Trizol中，乙醇沉淀（ethanol precipitation）效果的好坏和RNA的量有密切的关系，因此对于少量样品，沉淀法往往得不到zui终的RNA产物。
  • 由于许多实验（e.g. qRT-PCR），并不需要很多量的RNA，因此Trizol方法已经逐渐被其他方法所代替。

Norgen Biotek采用的柱子填充物是一种新型的，并有保护的非硅胶材料。可以在没有酚等有害有机溶剂存在的情况下，纯化包括microRNA在内的所有RNA,而且其纯化回收效率高达99%。人们一直认为如果要纯化microRNA,必须要用Trizol，而不是离心法。这种论断已经过时。Norgen Biotek总RNA纯化试剂盒不仅避免Trizol带给实验者的健康损害，而且可以纯化出包括miroRNA在内的所有RNA。因此Norgen Biotek是一款真正意义上的绿色产品。

Matriks Biotechnology——抗体药的药效及个体化应用专家

抗体药是一类相对新型的生物制剂。检测抗体药及其抗体水平在治疗和个性化用药上具有重要意义。大量的临床和制药公司都在致力于抗体药物的浓度水平和疗效的研究。Matriks生物技术公司专门生产针对抗体药的ELISA试剂盒，用于检测抗体药的体内含量或因用于产生的针对相应抗体药的抗体的体内含量。Matriks Biotek®, SHIKARI®和KLONART®为Matriks生物技术公司注册的产品商标。其产品达到ISO 13485 & CE IVD标准。

 

Matriks生产用于检测抗体药在体内的浓度和疗效的试剂盒主要针对如下几种抗体药。

 

1. Infliximab注册商标为Remicade，由Schering-Plough生产，中文名字为英利昔单抗、英夫利昔、因福利美、瑞米凯德、类克。

Infliximab为高亲和性结合肿瘤坏死因子alpha (TNF-α)的嵌合体单抗，其被广泛应用于治疗自身免疫性疾病。Matriks Biotek Shikari Infliximab ELISA使用单克隆抗体高专一性结合血清、血浆和其他生物液中的Infliximab，是当前*的一款用于定量检测Infliximab (Remicade®)体内含量的特异性ELISA试剂盒。

 

2. Adalimumab注释商标为Humira, 为Abbott Laboratories产品，中文名阿达木单抗、修美乐。

Adalimumab为特异性结合TNF-α的人源性抗体，Adalimumab通过阻止TNF-α与其细胞表面受体相结合，发挥抗炎作用。

shikari抗体检测抗Adalimumab抗体，用于检测治疗过程中抗Adalimumab抗体状况，为医师提供时机以减少抗Adalimumab抗体产生（例如添加免疫抑制性药物），以阻止抗体药失效。

 

3. Etanercept商标为Enbrel和Altebrel，中文名依那西普，恩利.

是一种干扰TNF-α、用于自身免疫性疾病治疗的生物药物。针对Etanercept的特异性单抗用于检测血样中Etanercept量。 Shikari Q-ETA是市面上用于定量检测Etanercept的ELISA试剂盒。

 

4. 人肿瘤坏死因子及受体

开发的高敏感度、专一性TNF-α检测试剂盒，该试剂盒基于固定在固相面上的针对TNF-alpha的单抗和标记了马辣根过氧化物酶的另一单抗经三明治夹心法检测TNF-α。

 

5. Bevacizumab商标名为Avastin®，由Genentech/Roche生产，中文名为阿瓦斯汀、贝伐单抗、安维汀、癌思停。

Bevacizumab为血管生成抑制剂，在包括结肠和直肠癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、肾癌、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤中被批准使用。 Shikari Q-BEVA Enzyme Immunoassay用于检测血清或血浆中游离bevacizumab含量。以便保证其有效的血药浓度。

 

6. Rituximab商标为Rituxan, Mabthera, Zytux，中文名为利妥昔单抗注射剂、美罗华、利妥昔单抗、利克散、贺普丁、莫須瘤。

提纯RNA的方法一般有两种，离心法和有机抽取法（例如Trizol）。Norgen Biotek是世界上*家真正意义上的生产以离心柱（Spin Columns）为平台，并能纯化所有种类RNA（包括小分子RNA）的公司。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以离心纯化为原理的试剂盒比：

  • 其他公司一般都使用硅材料（silica matrix）为填充物。硅材料的缺点是在没有酚存在的情况下，不能回收所有的RNA，使得其纯化效率很低，特别是对小RNA（例如microRNA）,其回收率几乎为零。这也是为什么很多客户在使用了其他公司的以离心为原理的总RNA纯化产品后，往往得不到预想结果的原因。
  • 即使对少量细胞的总RNA提纯，也具有很高的线性（linearity on low numbers of cells）。在细胞数量多的情况下，其他公司的产品表现还可以，但是在细胞数量少的情况下，其纯化效率会大大降低，为提高效率往往需要通过其他的途径，例如Carrier RNA。Norgen的试剂盒可以从一个细胞中提纯出高质量的总RNA，在同行业中处于地位。
  • Norgen的试剂盒*所有的下游实验应用。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以Trizol原理的试剂盒比较：

  • 在这些方法中，层析会造成有机试剂的残留，从而抑制许多下游实验的进行。
  • 许多实验室由于健康和环境的因素，已经放弃了以酚抽为原理的提纯方法。
  • 对大样品，使用Trizol的效果还可以，但同时也由于基因组DNA的增加，会阻止RNA的沉淀，从而间接地降低了纯化效率
  • 对小量样品，使用Trizol的效果往往不佳。

  • 由于许多实验（e.g. qRT-PCR），并不需要很多量的RNA，因此Trizol方法已经逐渐被其他方法所代替。

Norgen Biotek采用的柱子填充物是一种新型的，并有保护的非硅胶材料。可以在没有酚等有害有机溶剂存在的情况下，纯化包括microRNA在内的所有RNA,而且其纯化回收效率高达99%。人们一直认为如果要纯化microRNA,必须要用Trizol，而不是离心法。这种论断已经过时。Norgen Biotek总RNA纯化试剂盒不仅避免Trizol带给实验者的健康损害，而且可以纯化出包括miroRNA在内的所有RNA。因此Norgen Biotek是一款真正意义上的绿色产品。

提纯RNA的方法一般有两种，离心法和有机抽取法（例如Trizol）。Norgen Biotek是世界上*家真正意义上的生产以离心柱（Spin Columns）为平台，并能纯化所有种类RNA（包括小分子RNA）的公司。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以离心纯化为原理的试剂盒比：

  • 其他公司一般都使用硅材料（silica matrix）为填充物。硅材料的缺点是在没有酚存在的情况下，不能回收所有的RNA，使得其纯化效率很低，特别是对小RNA（例如microRNA）,其回收率几乎为零。这也是为什么很多客户在使用了其他公司的以离心为原理的总RNA纯化产品后，往往得不到预想结果的原因。
  • 即使对少量细胞的总RNA提纯，也具有很高的线性（linearity on low numbers of cells）。在细胞数量多的情况下，其他公司的产品表现还可以，但是在细胞数量少的情况下，其纯化效率会大大降低，为提高效率往往需要通过其他的途径，例如Carrier RNA。Norgen的试剂盒可以从一个细胞中提纯出高质量的总RNA，在同行业中处于先进地位。
  • Norgen的试剂盒*所有的下游实验应用。

Norgen Biotek和其他公司生产的以Trizol原理的试剂盒比较：

  • 在这些方法中，层析会造成有机试剂的残留，从而抑制许多下游实验的进行。
  • 许多实验室由于健康和环境的因素，已经放弃了以酚抽为原理的提纯方法。
  • 对大样品，使用Trizol的效果还可以，但同时也由于基因组DNA的增加，会阻止RNA的沉淀，从而间接地降低了纯化效率
  • 对小量样品，使用Trizol的效果往往不佳。
  • 使用Trizol中，乙醇沉淀（ethanol precipitation）效果的好坏和RNA的量有密切的关系，因此对于少量样品，沉淀法往往得不到zui终的RNA产物。
  • 由于许多实验（e.g. qRT-PCR），并不需要很多量的RNA，因此Trizol方法已经逐渐被其他方法所代替。

Norgen Biotek采用的柱子填充物是一种新型的，并有保护的非硅胶材料。可以在没有酚等有害有机溶剂存在的情况下，纯化包括microRNA在内的所有RNA,而且其纯化回收效率高达99%。人们一直认为如果要纯化microRNA,必须要用Trizol，而不是离心法。这种论断已经过时。Norgen Biotek总RNA纯化试剂盒不仅避免Trizol带给实验者的健康损害，而且可以纯化出包括miroRNA在内的所有RNA。因此Norgen Biotek是一款真正意义上的绿色产品。
