产品描述

Medicago的磷酸钠缓冲液以不同的配方提供,以适应大多数生物化学和分子生物学应用。选择适合您实验室程序的pH和摩尔浓度的缓冲液。

NaPi缓冲液在密封袋中以预先称重的粉末形式提供,产生两个体积,1000ml和5000ml。

将一个小袋中的内容物溶解在去离子水中产生:

1)NaPi缓冲液0.1M,pH6.0,25℃。

2)NaPi缓冲液0.1M或1M,pH 6.5,25℃。

3)NaPi缓冲液0.1M,pH6.8,25℃。

4)NaPi缓冲液0.1M或0.02M,pH7.0,25℃。

5)NaPi缓冲液0.1M或1M,pH7.2,25℃。

6)NaPi缓冲液0.1M或1M,pH7.4,25℃。

7)NaPi缓冲液0.1M,pH 7.5,25℃。

8)NaPi缓冲液0.1M,pH8.0,25℃。

 

 

应用

  • 用于许多实验室程序的多用途缓冲液

 

使用说明

在放置在磁力搅拌器上的实验室烧瓶或烧杯中倒空一袋NaPi缓冲液。将200毫升加入300毫升去离子水中,加入1000毫升小袋,加入1000毫升加入5000毫升小袋,搅拌溶液几分钟。将体积调节至1000毫升或5000毫升,搅拌并准备好使用缓冲溶液。

 

运输和储存

NaPi缓冲液在室温下运输。将袋子存放在室温下的干燥处。保质期为生产日期后三年。
