产品简介

链霉亲和素是一种来源于阿维丁链霉菌(streptomyces avidinii)的生物素结合蛋白,其非特异性结合远比亲和素低,且与蛋清亲和素在中性pH值具有净正电荷和包含大约7%的碳水化合物相比,链霉亲和素蛋白具有在中性pH值几乎没有净电荷,不含有碳水化合物等更有利的化学性质,所以它被广泛用来作为抗生物素蛋白的替代品。

本品是YSFluorTM 488标记链霉亲和素,该荧光素YSFluorTM 488Amax(最大激发波长)为493 nm,Emax(最大发射波长)为519 nmAlex Fluor 488和FITC的光谱性质一样,通常可考虑相互替代。建议工作液浓度:0.5-2 µg/mL(For most applications)。
