L-NMMA,即NG-Monomethyl-L-arginine,Monoacetate Salt,也称Nω-Me-L-Arg,或NG-Me-L-Arg, AcOH,是
NOS(nitric oxide synthase)广普性抑制剂。对于nNOS,IC50=650nM;对于eNOS,IC50=700nM;对于iNOS,IC50=3.9μM。
L-NMMA分子量248.3,分子式为C7H16N4O2·C2H4O2,纯度大于99%。
本产品为L-NMMA的水溶液,浓度为50mg/ml (约200mM),共100微升。
