SNP即Sodium Nitroprusside,Dihydrate,也称Sodium Nitroferricyanide(III)Dihydrate。是一氧化氮的供体(nitric oxide donor)。
SNP为暗红色结晶,分子量298.0,分子式为Na2[Fe(CN)5NO]·2H2O,纯度大于99%。
溶解于水,可以配制成200mg/ml的水溶液。

使用说明:
1. SNP储备液的配制:称取少量SNP,推荐使用Milli-Q级纯水溶解SNP,使浓度为200mg/ml。
2. SNP的工作浓度通常为10-100μM。有时工作浓度可以达到500μM或1mM,也可以低达1μM。其最佳工作浓度需根据具体的实验,自行摸索。
