A: 我们转录Buffer是10X的浓度,在IVT体系的终浓度是46mM,是会高于一些其他品牌。之前我们有做过Mg2+单因素研究的一些数据(具体不太方便公开),确定了该使用浓度。我们另外提供不含Mg2+buffer(10669ES,方便客户自行调配Mg2+在转录体系中的终浓度,从而调节IVT产量和副产物之间的平衡。
