PBST即含吐温-20的磷酸盐缓冲液，能够提供相对稳定的离子环境和PH缓冲能力，是生物学中经常使用的缓冲盐溶液。主要用于免疫组化和原位杂交，酶联免疫等实验中，清洗免疫印迹膜等。产品为无色液体，pH7.2-7.4，本产品为10X浓缩液，使用时须用蒸馏水或去离子水溶解配制成1X后使用。例如配制1L PBST(1X)，取100 mL PBST (10X)加入900 mL去离子水混匀即可。

 

运输和保存方法

室温运输和保存，长期不使用可放4℃保存，有效期1年。
