这种单一缓冲液可快速裂解小鼠尾/耳组织，在95°C下仅需30分钟即可提取gDNA，这是一种基于常规蛋白酶K的方法，是一种简单易用，方便快捷的替代方案。含有1μlgDNA的溶液可直接用于20μlPCR反应中进行小鼠基因分型。
使用XpressLysis Buffer在30分钟内从小鼠尾/耳组织中提取gDNA的一步法。
方便：将200μl该缓冲液加入带有尾部的管中后不需要进一步的液体转移（残留尾部组织在处理后留在液体中是正常的）。
它很快：不需要很长的孵育时间，从开始到结束仅需30分钟。
它可以是高通量：只需使用PCR机器，将温度设置为95°C 30分钟。
它价格低廉：与昂贵的gDNA提取试剂盒相比，它有助于节省大量金钱和宝贵的时间。
详细步骤：
1）将200μl该缓冲液加入尾样中。
2）95°C或煮沸30分钟。
3）冷静下来。
4）使用1μlDNA进行基因分型PCR（20μlPCR反应）。
