所谓的“夹层盖”和夹具系统可用于：•6 个圆形和方形孔板（3-35 ml 培养物）•24 方形深孔板和超高深孔板（2.5 – 8 ml 培养物）•24 轮低孔板（0.75 – 1 ml 培养物）•96 方形深孔板和半深孔板（0.3 – 0.75 ml 培养物）•96 圆低孔板（0.1 – 0.2 ml 培养物）
应用领域： – 高通量筛选新的酶活性或次级代谢物的形成 （异质培养物集合）- 培养 CHO 细胞和其他动物细胞系（参见CHO 细胞专用页面）- 筛选和分发大肠杆菌或酵母中的克隆文库（参见细菌页面）- 高通量筛选高活性或高产突变体 （见细菌页面）- 比较研究，例如临床分离株- 生长培养基优化研究
主要成分：夹层盖将微量滴定板的所有孔转化为适用于高浓度的独立“微型反应器”频率轨道振荡，在高氧气转移率下，并且没有井间变化。盖夹确保深孔板及其夹层盖紧紧夹在一起，从而防止井间污染。低温复制器：一种精密的弹簧加载装置，用于同时和可重复的采样96 种冷冻甘油原液。使用 CRYO-REPLICATOR 培养物库存可以保持多年，因为他们可以保持冻结状态。冷冻复制压机是一种引导系统，可确保在复制菌株组期间的准确性.
