FAQ
1.低内毒素和超低内毒素有什么区别？
答：ichorbio生产两种用于体内使用的格式：低内毒素和超低内毒素。超低格式具有更高的纯度，更低的内毒素，更低的聚集，并且经过了与将要使用的动物相关的病原体测试。
2.抗体如何储存？效期多久？
答：遵循我们数据表上列出的存储信息。只有在存储温度正确时才保证一年的使用效期。
3.抗体溶液中发现有沉淀物是什么？
答：环境条件，如温度变化、冻结/解冻、运输过程中的摇晃以及长期存储可能导致抗体溶液出现沉淀或絮块。絮块通常是缓冲盐从溶液中沉淀出来或者一小部分蛋白质聚集。如果轻轻地反复倒置小瓶，应该可以去除沉淀。如果不能去除，我们建议通过过滤或离心来去除絮块。
对于过滤，建议使用无菌的0.2μM过滤器。对于离心，我们建议将抗体溶液转移到无菌离心管中（不要在提供的冷冻瓶中离心），并在10k rpm下离心5分钟。更建议使用过滤而不是离心，因为离心可能使样品发热的时间比过滤的方式长，而过滤则可以非常快速地完成。无论选择哪种方法，都应使用无菌过滤器、注射器、管子等，并在生物安全柜中操作，以确保溶液保持无菌。此外，使用这些方法可以去除沉淀而不会有显著的蛋白质损失。如果在离心或过滤后担心损失，您可以检查离心或过滤后的蛋白质浓度，并将其与提供的CoA上的浓度进行比较。
4.稀释抗体的最佳方法是什么？
答：可以使用与抗体配方w全相符的无菌1*PBS。在稀释时，建议使用冷缓冲液，并通过在生物安全柜中操作以及使用无菌移液管头、管子、注射器和缓冲液来保持无菌。应避免将抗体稀释到工作浓度并在4℃以上存储超过一天。
